Meet Our Director
With over a decade of experience in the industry, from both a recruitment and training perspective, I head up our team with enthusiasm and a huge passion for what we do.
Having lived in and recruited across London, NYC and the Cayman Islands, I’ve had first-hand experience of the global (re)insurance market from a variety of perspectives. This awareness and ability to adapt is what I believe makes us different, in being a truly global business.
It was during Covid that I first noticed a gap in the Offshore market for a specialist agency focusing on the (re)insurance space; as despite the changing world around us, the sector thrived. My background at the time was primarily qualified accounting & finance, which is why it remains one of our core verticals today, but with the help of some particularly helpful (and patient!) connections, I began expanding my knowledge of underwriting and focusing more and more on that area of business.
Since then, we have grown in numbers and proudly represent some of the best organisations and the most skilled talent across London, North America and Offshore. We work fully remote and trust each other to get the job done whilst ensuring we maintain the professional and approachable reputation that our brand deserves.
