For those who are not familiar, a microsite is a single-function website that usually consists of just one page. They’re traditionally used to attract conversions for a specific task, or to bring awareness to a product or upcoming event.

How this works in a candidate attraction sense, is to advertise and market your open positions not as Ensure., as we typically would, but under your organisation’s name – with your branding clearly visible and all benefits, website links etc immersed into the site. This is a service we can provide alongside exclusive or retained mandates, that specifically targets your employer branding.
